Unlike other radiation tolerant cameras, ISEC’s flagship cameras RadCam Epsilon and Omega only require one twisted pair of cables to send the video signal through the penetration and one twisted pair or one coax for camera movement control, which simplifies the infrastructure inside contaminations. ISEC has designed the cameras so that the electronics are located within the radiation-tolerant protective camera shell, which means installation is very straightforward.
Maintenance of the cameras is fast and easy thanks to ISEC’s modular design. When it is time to replace the electronics, you simply remove and replace the necessary modules. This can be done in less than three minutes without removing the camera from its fixed location.
