A warm welcome Johan Lindén, new CTO at ISEC. His experiences include running start-ups and having roles as project manager at Ericsson, Capgemini, Mobile Heights, and Tunstall – focusing on business-driven development, hardware and software development and leading projects. Johan began his journey at ISEC in February, and as CTO he is responsible for ISEC’s product development and system projects, with a team in Helsingborg and the UK.

“These are exiting times for ISEC as we take the next step in our growth journey. I am very happy to welcome Johan to our team, and I know he will play a vital role as we move forward with developing our products and offer”, says Fredrik Sjöholm, CEO at ISEC Monitoring Systems.

We asked Johan a few questions for you to get to know him better:

Why did you choose to start working for ISEC?
“It was a very interesting job. I have worked in the tech industry before, but the nuclear aspect is new to me which I find very appealing. ISEC has an exciting market position, a strong business model, with new products in the pipeline. The future is looking good!”

What is your area of expertise?
“I have experience and knowledge from technology development in general, especially with low power connected devices. For several years, I have worked as project manager in different companies, with the task of leading people and nourishing an innovative mindset. With my experience of running start-ups I have developed a strong knowledge of business-driven development”

What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
“Right now, I am learning all the new systems, getting my head around the projects, and getting to know my team. I look forward to growing as a person in this new position, and excited to use my experience in leading the team to success, for the benefit of the individual team members and for ISEC as a company.”

What do you do outside of work?
“I like to road bike on my spare time, especially together with my wife and Team Rynkeby friends as a training and social activity or by my own to relax.”
