A year of transformation and momentum sets the stage for 2026

Fredrik Webb ISEC Summary 2025 (1)

Looking back at 2025, I am pleased to summarize a year marked by integration, innovation and strengthened global presence for ISEC. Allow me to share a few highlights:

Integration and organizational development

This year, we took important steps toward uniting our Swedish and German operations, working day by day to build a shared, engineering-driven culture and align our processes across the company. This closer collaboration is already making a difference for our customers.

We have reinforced our capacity to support customers globally by strengthening our customer facing organization. The merger has enabled us to offer a significantly broader and fully complementary portfolio covering both in‑air and underwater CCTV and inspection solutions for the nuclear industry. Our sales team and partners are now able to offer a one-stop-shop of inspection and surveillance cameras and accessories to our customers on a global scale. This ensures we can provide even stronger support of our customers’ future needs and ambitions to secure reliable and efficient operations.

Strengthened global presence

Throughout 2025, we intensified our international outreach, participating together as one company at key nuclear industry events across Europe, North America and Asia. It has been a team building effort to engage with our partners and to present our unified product portfolio and engaging with partners and end‑users worldwide.

We participated in more than 25 events last year. These efforts have strengthened our global network and laid the foundation for continued international growth in 2026. The many discussions and insights shared around these events have been incredibly valuable to us. The energy and momentum in these conversations clearly reflect the strong growth our industry is experiencing, as well as the increasing need for a robust and reliable supplier network to support its continued expansion.

Industry momentum

The nuclear sector has continued to gain political and strategic importance in several of our core markets. In Sweden for example, renewed political consensus around nuclear power is driving increased long‑term investment interest. We are seeing the same development in North America, in several countries in Europe, both in existing and soon to become nuclear energy producing countries, as well as in parts of Asia. Thus, providing us with a positive foundation for future expansion.

Launch of the RADCAM® Freya

A defining milestone of 2025 was the launch of RADCAM® Freya, our new compact HD radiation‑tolerant dome camera, and the first of its kind fully applicable both in‑air and underwater. With its compact footprint and light weight, Freya is well-suited for tight spaces with limited accessibility – the ideal surveillance camera for Nuclear Service Providers, and nuclear waste management projects. And so far, the customer reception has been very positive, and Freya has already been used in inspection programs by our first customers with positive results.

A strong financial first year together

For 2025, we can also summarize a positive increase in revenue and a solid full‑year profit our first year as a consolidated company. This is a clear testament to the dedication, expertise and commitment of all our employees. We also extend our sincere thanks to our customers for their trust – both to our long-standing partners and to the new customers who joined us over the past year - as we enter 2026 together.

As we look ahead, we will continue to leverage our strengthened organization, broadened portfolio and global network. Together with our customers and partners, we are well positioned to capture new opportunities and further solidify our role as a leading provider of radiation‑tolerant monitoring and inspection systems for the global nuclear industry.

Sincerely,
Fredrik Sjöholm,
CEO of ISEC Monitoring Systems & ISEC Visatec
